Fuji Xerox Launches First Document Surveillance Solution
Copy, Print, Fax and Scan safely with the ApeosWare Image Log Service System


KUALA LUMPUR, 15 January 2008 – Fuji Xerox Malaysia, the global leader in Document Management today introduced the company’s first document surveillance system – ApeosWare Image Log Service (AWILS) to Malaysia.

The ApeosWare Image Log Service is capable of automatically saving all documents that are copied, printed, faxed or scanned as images created by any multi-function device supported by the ApeosWare Image Log Service. Should a leak occur, it is possible to trace and locate the disclosed documents as well as the source of the leak including who, when, where, how, and what documents were copied, printed, faxed or scanned by performing keywords or content searches of the stored images. Investigative work that was once tedious and time-consuming now becomes swift and effortless.
