Fuji Xerox’s Latest Branch to Deliver Total Office Solutions in Perak
City state’s thriving business environment spurs The Document Company to expand
IPOH, 16 April 2007 – Fuji Xerox the leading document solutions provider announced today its latest branch in the heart of Ipoh City making this their 6th branch following efforts to provide total document solutions to all nationwide businesses.
Part of Fuji Xerox’s expansion plans, the latest branch in Ipoh strives to provide a comprehensive line of products and services to all their customers in Perak such as the state-of-the-art multifunction devices, software solutions for the general office needs and special wide format print devices for engineering domains. The branch will also be able to add value to the Perak businesses by providing them with technical expertise in assessing their work environment, people, processes, workflow and then recommending the most effective office solutions resulting in a more efficient handling of knowledge through the Document Company’s wide array of offerings.
In addition, the Ipoh branch will play the role of filling up the total solutions gap between existing Perak customers and dealers of Fuji Xerox. “Currently our dealers in Perak are very focused in bringing our products to the market within the state. With the opening of this branch, we can now look forward to working closer together with our dealers while complementing their efforts in providing a more comprehensive line of support and services to all our customers”, said Mr Masashi Honda, President of Fuji Xerox Malaysia.

Currently headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Fuji Xerox Malaysia has grown from a mere 70 employees in the early nineties to over 500 today. Over the past decade, Fuji Xerox has experienced a turnover growth rate of more than 300% and this trend is expected to continue with the opening of this new branch.
