Fuji Xerox Walks The Talk With eco.spaceNew Eco-Solution Centre Showcases Innovative Green TechnologiesKUALA LUMPUR, May 5, 2010 - Fuji Xerox Malaysia achieved another milestone when it opened its "eco.space" - an ecological solution centre in Petaling Jaya today. Mr Masahiko Saito, President of Fuji Xerox Malaysia said, "eco.space is a gallery that showcases the latest Fuji Xerox's eco-technologies and a full suite of eco business solution. It is also a centre of excellence where people come together to share and learn eco business practices and initiatives towards achieving a greener business environment. With the investment of RM180,000 on eco.space, Fuji Xerox believes that it is able to achieve its ultimate goal of protecting the environment for a sustainable future. Visitors to eco.space will be able to see the latest eco-technologies on display such as induction heating technology, LED scanner & marking technologies, EA-Eco toner, etc. which can help businesses in reducing energy consumption and running cost. Besides eco-technologies, visitors of eco.space will also experience and learn about Fuji Xerox's ecological workplace solutions such as Optimisation of Output, Optimisation of Print-On-Demand and Optimisation of IT Devices and Document Management. With that, visitors will be able to understand the many benefits such as cost saving, improve in productivity and strengthen security on top of saving ecosphere in a seamless and efficient workflow. "Many of our customers have expressed their interest to go green in their business operations. However, there are many challenges in implementing their green initiatives especially in identifying the right technologies and solution. That is where we come in. By utilizing eco.space as a platform, we plan to share our knowledge and business solution in achieving eco-friendly business environment with all our customers", added Saito.
