Easy Maintenance
User management of ApeosWare Authentication Agent uses the information in Active Directory. Changes in Active Directory are automatically synchronized to ApeosWare Authentication Agent. Thus, add or deletion of users in Active Directory are automatically reflected in ApeosWare Authentication Agent.
Secure device usage services is also available for unregistered users of Active Directory, users can be created as local in ApeosWare Authentication Agent with expiry date of usage restriction.

High Availability
Databases service on ApeosWare Authentication Agent server is shared on a SCSI shared disk. When main server is operating, an alternate server is on standby. If a defect occurs on the main server, fail-over begins automatically and operations continue on the alternative server without disruption. |
