Secure authentication
ApeosWare Authentication Agent authenticates, the permission and rights to use multifunction devices with linkage to external authentication server, Active Directory. Authentication Agent identifies user by User ID, password and or information in employee ID Card. What's more secure then utilizing your sets of user information from Active Directory.
Simple Management
ApeosWare Authentication Agents automatically update any changes from Active Directory. Administrators need not to configure both Active Directory and multifunction devices separately. Changes on Active Directory will be reflected in Authentication Agent. No more having to update and manage both servers and devices separately
