ApeosWare Image Log Service is software product which saves all documents that are copied, printed, faxed or scanned as images automatically created by ApeosPort. After creating images, those are transferred to receive server by ApeosPort. In this receive server, those are converted to PDF file with text information by performing OCR, and then transferred to core server for saving.
Should a leak occur, you can trace and locate the disclosed document as well as the source of leak including who, where, when, which, how, by performing keywords such as various job logs or content search of the stored images on core server.

of conditions like job type, duration, user ID or keywords.

Up to 90 devices can be handled by one core server and up 30 devices can be
handled by one receive server.

(1) Basic system (one core server + one receive server) can handle up to 30 devices.
(2) One core server can handle plural receive servers (no limitation number) within the specification mentioned above (up to 90 devices).
Integration Capability
AWILS can use authentication results from ApeosPort which handles like IC Card*
and Active Directory authentication for searching. It allows more enforcement to
document security by integrating with authentication solution which enhances
accessibility and controllability. |
