Overview

ApeosWare Accounting Service, which is the successor to DocuHouse, is an Output Management Solution aims to control and monitor the output resources to enhance your operational efficiencies and enable more effective device management. By monitoring and managing the output volume of your networked multifunction systems and printers, you can optimize the device allocation to reduce output costs, streamline report creation and lower paper wastage. With the “Monthly Trend Reports”, you can easily identify device usage and output history across the company, right down to the specific departments and users. This ensures reduction of overall output costs by preventing unnecessary copy, printing and colour usage.

 

Key Features:
Log Centre
LogCentre collects log history of print, copy, fax and scan from devices connected to the network. It also creates log files for reporting needs. These log files, which include detailed information for each job, can be retrieved to generate customizable reports using ReportCentre.
Report Centre
ReportCentre consolidates and organizes the data collected by the LogCentre. These data, including the print, copy, fax and scan log history from any other systems, are then statistically compiled and analyzed to create graphic reports by user, department, division, devices etc. This enables optimization of device resources and reduced output costs.
