The ApeosWare Flow Services, the successor to CentreWare Flow Services, acts as a central processing hub for documents from various sources. It works through a series of plug-ins to automate your document and data flow, resulting in efficient and effective management of all documents received and offering hassle-free document processing and control.

	Create a set of processing rules according to the best flow suited for your organization to ensure everything work smoothly
	Process high volumes of documents received daily, such as faxes, electronic files, paper and scanned documents, followed by distributing them according to your specified requirements automatically
	Notify the respective job owner for any errors occurred by sending email or message
