Fuji Xerox’ Document Workbench is a secure and robust imaging web-based document management solution. Document Workbench is built with comprehensive security and encryption features that enable organizations to securely capture, store, manage, retrieve and protect their mission critical information assets.

It comes with comprehensive document management functions including batch data capturing, automatic full text/keywords indexing, comprehensive query and search methods, version control, document fidelity, tight security, COLD and workflow features.

These three modules complement the base module of Document Workbench.

	Document WorkBench Nextstep – is an advanced workflow management solution that offers organizations an orderly and efficient way to access, view, track, monitor and manage definable business process between multiple departments and across the entire corporate network.
	Document WorkBench Adecpro – is a fully integrated batch processing solution that enables organizations to eliminate the tedious practice of manual data entry, thus saving valuable time and reducing operating costs.
	Document WorkBench Portable Content Manager – is an information export utility, which allows users to extract selected documents from the object server and publish them on a CD, DVD, thumb drive and etc with a built-in viewer for distribution.
