DocuShare for Apeos
Apeos Linkage Solution for DocuShare. It provides a web access to DocuShare, Enterprise Content Management server directly from the customized Web Browser of our latest multifunction devices - the ApeosPort series.
The system connects to Web applications which are displayed on a large full color screen. Even without a PC, you can access the document management server by operating from the multifunction machine. What's more, you can upload hardcopies directly to the document management software, or print out the stored data in the document management server.
As Web applications on the network can be displayed on the control panel in a special browser, scanned documents can be stored easily in Web application folders. Moreover, printing the stored document directly is simple. Anyone can now manage documents with ease on a day-to-day basis.
- There is no need to shuttle between the device and the PC since scanning can be done at the device, hence increasing efficiency and productivity significantly.
- Scanning is now a simple task for everyone and standardization of operations is achieved.
