Statements & Bills

The purpose of this solution is to help organizations, whose major means of communication with their customers is a statement or bill. This communication, either in paper form or via the Internet, is a means to build a direct, personalized relationship with every single customer based on that customer’s profile, attributes and spending patterns to increase our clients share of the customer’s business.

The key focus will therefore be on:

  • Integrated Print & Mail
  • Message Insertion through Data Mining to support 1:1 marketing
  • Internet Presentment to support both CRM & 1:1 Marketing
  • Archiving & Viewing to support CRM through call centers

In its simplest form the solution can be built by creating a personalised statement using a document composition software package and combining it with an output device. A more complete solution which adds more value could have one or more additional components: DataMining tools enable marketing to make the optimal use of information about the recipients profile to insert targeted marketing messages that cross sell other products & services. COLD software applied to an archiving and retrieval system enables the call centre management to view customer correspondence and other relevant documents on the screen, when the customer calls in. Internet presentment software provides the additional option to make the statement available to the customer via the Internet with the capabilities to download all relevant data for internal analysis.

 

One to one Marketing

The purpose of this solution is to enable a direct, personalised relationship with every single customer building on their profile, attributes and buying patterns to increase share of the Customer’s or consumer’s business. This can be part of another application, e.g. Statements & Bills, or an application in its own right, e.g. a Direct marketing campaign. This solution uses a just-in-time approach to document production and assembly from multiple information sources into a single, personalised communication document. However Automated Fulfilment enhances One to One Marketing by satisfying the growing demand for the production of documents that are driven by variable data, are highly customised and produced on demand. Here there is a need to combine variable information with composition tools to produce complex documents such as prospectuses, research reports, new account kits, policies, benefit booklets, directories, enrolment kits etc. All of these have to be produced and mailed in volume, automatically in response to a triggering event such as a telephone call from a customer to the organisation’s call centre requesting information in response to a direct marketing campaign. The focus will be on leveraging opportunities for traditional hard copy output solutions but will also concentrate on added value capabilities for digital output solutions that compliment the customer’s One to One Marketing processes.

The key focus will therefore be on:

  • Policy Production & other Personalised Correspondence / Direct Mail
  • Automated Fulfilment response enabling
  • DataMining to support 1:1 marketing
  • Archiving & Viewing to support CRM through call centres

The complexity of the solution will vary significantly depending on the customer’s requirements. At the more simple end of the scale, the solution can be built by creating a personalised marketing document using a document composition software package and combining it with an output device. At the more complete end of the scale a more value adding solution could also include DataMining tools to enhance the targeting of a marketing campaign together with COLD software for an archiving and retrieval system, enabling call centre management to view customer correspondence and other relevant documents on the screen, when the customer calls and DocuXenter for fully automated document assembly.

 


Intergrated Forms Management Solutions

The purpose of this solution is to provide authoring and creation and centralised management of electronic forms, the management of the authorisation processes and workflow, and the final production of the forms on demand. The complexity of the solution will vary significantly depending on the customer’s requirements. The solution can be built by utilising various enablers such as multilingual tools, scanning, etc in conjunction with an output device.

 


Office Enterprise Document Services Solutions

The purposes of these solutions are to enable organisations to improve operational efficiency through cost reduction and work process improvement within the Office environment.
