It is our goal to be a long-term investor of the community in which we operate. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) theme to enable and empower the youth, we have been engaging our employees through an extensive array of volunteering initiatives.

Spearheading Activities as a UN Global Compact LEAD Company
Fuji Xerox was nominated a UN Global Compact LEAD Company in fiscal 2010 in recognition of the commitment of Fuji Xerox top management and the company's proactive measures in advancing sustainability leadership through innovation and action.
Being one of the 49 companies recognized as a LEAD company throughout the world, Fuji Xerox will continue to participate in initiatives to drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) forward worldwide and will deepen the discussion of Sustainable Development Goals. Through these efforts, we will play a global leadership role in spreading and expanding the UN Global Compact and implementing its principles.
